Month camp

The monthly TAM camp gives players the opportunity to work on developing and improving all aspects of their game. To improve technical skills, improve physical condition, learn how to reduce the chance of injury. Through all this, they are led and supported by a team of academics.

After assessing the tennis and fitness preparation of the players, the trainers will dedicate themselves to work on improvements to certain aspects. Intensive trainings conducted according to the most up-to-date methods aim to give players an insight into the professional way.

The camp is intended for players aged 10 to 16 years.

Camp program

  • A seven-day stay in the TAM includes 4 hours of tennis training daily in groups of two to four players, which will be formed based on the age and level of their game. Two hours of conditioning training, which takes place in the group and is in line with the intensity of tennis training. During the stay, coaches, tennis and fitness will do the testing of certain segments.
  • The aim of the camp is to unwind all segments of the game, both technique and point games. Development of fitness preparation and acquiring new experiences.
  • Upon completion of the camp, players receive a tennis and fitness trainer report with guidelines and recommendations for further work and development of the players.
  • Accommodation in the academy, in rooms from two to four players, which have a bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV.
  • Three meal meals and snacks in the kitchen of the academy.
  • Free use of washing machines.
  • Provided transportation from and to the airport and the academy.
  • Possibility of staying a companion player in the academy.
